I suppose I should explain about the house situation. Basically, we made an offer on Friday (for full price!) that was contingent on us selling our house. The sellers signed it on Saturday (to our surprise). They really gave us a hard time about the contingency about selling ours called a Hubbard clause. We really didn't expect them to sign it. Cut to Monday and they got another offer without a Hubbard. We can't take ours off, so we lost the house. It is OK, we are cool. Just need to shift our focus.
