So sorry I haven't posted. Things have been CRAZY BUSY! My boss is leaving so work just kicked it up a notch. Ian started his first non-parent attended class and it is working out OK. He is getting into a little trouble. Leah is eating lots of new foods like pears and carrots. She loves her solids! Talk more later.

This was a really strange weekend. Ian got a fever on Saturday and acted really clingy. When medicated, he was himself, but when the Tylenol would wear off, he would wind down again. He was in underwear all weekend though and didn't have any accidents.

Leah got a new carseat and spent lots of time sitting up. Don worked on the lawn. Not an extremely exciting weekend, but a very nice one with the family.

Good morning and happy Friday! Corne house has had a busy week. Ian had his 3 year appointment yesterday. He is very healthy at 37.5 lbs and 39 inches. He actually lost weight since last month! No shots this year, but look out for next year. Today Don is trying the whole potty thing again. We took a week or two off, but the Dr suggested we make a hard push. It really would be nice to get him out of diapers.

Leah did the impossible last night and slept straight through from 9pm to 5:45am. I couldn't believe it! She was congested too. Of course, once she was up at 5:45, she was up until 8am, but that is OK. I got 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep! That hasn't happened in SO long (4 months or so I think). She tried sweet potatoes last night and seemed to like them after the 10th bite or so.

Our screen door is ripped so the cats have been going out alot. Today I woke up to a dead mole on the floor in our playroom. I assume it is a gift from one of our kitties. I should be so proud.

The kids got pictures taken at JC Penney on Wednesday. They came out beautifully and I can't wait to share them. We ordered a ton and they should be in in about 2 weeks. We are off to the Strawberry Festival this weekend. Have a good one!

Long time, no post. Busy at work. Just wanted to share how in love with Ian that Leah is. She just lights up when she hears his voice. He can make her laugh harder than anybody else. This morning, she was hanging out in her crib when Don and I were getting ready. Ian climbed in with her and she was so happy to have him. They played with her mobile. I don't know if I should be worried that my 3 year old likes playing with a baby mobile, but I'm going to let it slide because it is cute.
